These are the rules of the road for our website and our translation services. We wrote them to be read, not to hide things — plain English up top, precise language where it matters. Please read them before you place an order.

The short version: we produce accurate, human, certified translations and stand behind our work. You give us clear, complete documents and correct spellings. We certify that our translation is accurate — but no translator can guarantee a particular government officer will accept any given filing.

01 Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Peachtree Rose Marketing LLC, operating as Peachtree Rose Translations ("Peachtree Rose Translations," "PRT," "we," "us," or "our"). They apply when you visit peachtreerosetranslations.com, request a quote, submit a document, or purchase a translation from us.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the site or our services. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, firm, or another person, you confirm you have the authority to do so.

02 Who We Are

Peachtree Rose Translations is a fully online, human-first document translation service based in San Antonio, Texas, and operated by Peachtree Rose Marketing LLC. We provide certified and standard translations across a range of languages and document types.

03 Our Services

We provide human translation of documents you submit, and — where you request it — a signed certification of accuracy suitable for official use, and coordination of notarization. Specific deliverables, languages, turnaround, and price for your project are set out in the quote you approve. A quote is an estimate of scope and cost; a binding order is formed when you approve the quote and, where applicable, submit payment.

04 Quotes, Orders & Payment

  • Quotes are based on the documents and details you provide. If the actual document differs materially (length, legibility, additional pages, special formatting), we may revise the quote before proceeding and will tell you first.
  • Prices are in U.S. dollars. Unless stated otherwise, payment is due before we begin or before delivery, as specified in your quote.
  • Rush or same-day turnaround, notarization, hard-copy mailing, and additional certified copies may carry additional fees, shown in your quote.

05 Turnaround & Delivery

We provide estimated turnaround times in good faith based on document length and complexity. Estimates are targets, not guarantees, and can be affected by illegible source files, mid-project changes, or events outside our control. Digital delivery is by secure download or email; physical originals, when ordered, are sent by the mail or courier method you select, and delivery timing then depends on the carrier.

06 Certified Translations & USCIS Acceptance

When you order a certified translation, we provide a signed statement certifying that the translation is a complete and accurate rendering of your source document and that the translator is competent to translate between the languages involved — the form of certification U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) describes for immigration filings.

Important: certification is our attestation to the accuracy and completeness of the translation. It is not a guarantee that any specific agency, court, university, consulate, or individual officer will accept a particular filing. Acceptance decisions are made by those third parties, for their own reasons, and are outside our control. We also do not provide legal or immigration advice (see Section 11). If a receiving party ever questions our translation's accuracy, contact us — we'll work with you to resolve it under Section 08.

07 Your Responsibilities

  • Provide complete, legible copies of the documents you want translated;
  • Tell us the correct spelling of names, places, and any preferred transliterations (for example, the spelling of a name exactly as it appears on a passport), and any specific requirements from the receiving agency;
  • Confirm the languages and the intended use of the translation;
  • Have the legal right to share the documents you submit and to have them translated.

We translate what your document says; we don't alter, add, or omit content, and we can only work from what you give us. Errors in the source document, or missing instructions about names and spellings, are not the translator's responsibility.

08 Revisions & Refunds

If we make an error — a genuine mistranslation, typo, or omission versus your source document — tell us promptly and we will correct it at no charge. Revisions requested because the source document changed, because new instructions were provided after work began, or because of preferences not shared up front may be quoted separately. Because translation is a custom, labor-based service that begins as soon as you order, fees for completed or in-progress work are generally non-refundable; where we have not yet begun, we will refund amounts paid for work not performed. Nothing here limits any rights you have under applicable law.

09 Confidentiality

We treat your documents and personal information as confidential and handle them as described in our Privacy Policy. Access is limited to the people working on your order, and we do not sell your documents or use their contents for any purpose other than your translation.

10 Intellectual Property

The Peachtree Rose Translations name, logo, website, and its design and content are our property or licensed to us and are protected by law. Once your order is paid in full, the finished translation is yours to use for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of the source documents you provide.

11 No Legal or Immigration Advice

We are a translation service, not a law firm or immigration consultancy. Nothing we provide is legal, immigration, financial, or other professional advice, and no attorney–client or similar relationship is created by using our services. For advice about your case or which documents you need, consult a qualified attorney or accredited representative.

12 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our services and website are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your order or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us for the order in question, and we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including any consequences of a third party's decision to accept or reject a filing.

13 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Peachtree Rose Marketing LLC and its owners and staff from claims arising out of documents you were not authorized to submit, information you provided that was inaccurate, or your use of a translation for a purpose other than the one you told us about.

14 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that is not otherwise resolved directly with us.

15 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. The Terms in effect when you place an order govern that order; continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms for future use.
